I recently completed a major renovation to my 1951 vintage bungalow. I would strongly recommend Sterling Exteriors for any complex renovation soffit, facia, and eavestrough work!
For the renovation, I was my own general contractor, and I had heard of Sterling Exteriors from one of the tradesman working on the project. I approached Dennis with the scope of complete soffit, fascia, and eavestroughs for the garage and 1450 sq ft walkout basement home (including a 26 ft wide veranda at the front of the house). I was surprised by the level of professionalism, engagement, quality, and follow-up that Dennis provided (compared to the other contractors on the 18 month project). An example of the quality of engagement would be how he had reviewed with me the vision of the finished product. He had recommended framing suggestions to enhance the aesthetic appeal in several instances, and offered cost effective service to remediate the issues (as the other contractors were off the scene).
